Darlehen und Zinsen m&#xFC;ssen vom Unternehmen zur&#xFC;ckgezahlt werden.Beim Nachrangdarlehen (auch: Nachrangiges Darlehen) wird die R&#xFC;ckzahlung des Darlehens im Falle einer Insolvenz nachrangig behandelt. Das Darlehen wird erst dann zur&#xFC;ckgezahlt, wenn alle anderen (nicht nachrangigen) Gl&#xE4;ubiger, wie Lieferanten, Banken oder Steuerbeh&#xF6;rden, vollst&#xE4;ndig ausbezahlt wurden.Nachrangige Darlehen stehen in der Rangordnung noch vor dem Eigenkapital.
